Support
Totesnap is made and maintained by one person. If something's broken, confusing, or missing, this is where to say so.

Fastest way to reach us
- Email totesnap@hidayata.dev — works for anything, including press or App Review questions.
- Or in the app: Settings → Support, which sends the category and description you write straight to us, along with your app version and device details so we don’t have to ask.
01
Contact us
Email totesnap@hidayata.dev for anything — a bug, a feature request, a purchase problem, or a question about how Totesnap handles your data. Totesnap has no phone support or live chat; email reaches the person who actually builds the app.
02
Report a problem from the app
Settings → Support opens a short form: pick a category, describe what happened, and optionally leave a reply email. Sending it includes your app version and build number, device model and OS version, and your purchase identifier, so a bug report already has the details we’d otherwise have to ask you for.
Nothing is sent until you tap send, and this in-app form is the quickest path for anything specific to your device or your data — see the Support reports section of the Privacy Policy for exactly what that includes.
03
Purchases and Premium
Premium is a single one-time purchase, billed by the App Store or Google Play — Totesnap never sees your card details. If you bought Premium and it isn’t unlocked, or you’re missing it on a new device, use Restore Purchases from the paywall first; it re-checks your store account against the app.
Still missing after that, or being charged for something you didn’t intend? Email us with the store you bought through (App Store or Google Play) and roughly when — refunds themselves are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, but we’ll help you sort out the app side of it.
04
Backups and your data
Your snaps live only on your device — Totesnap has no server holding a copy, so we can’t recover data from a lost phone or a fresh install on your behalf. Settings → Backup & Restore exports an archive you can move to a new device before you uninstall or upgrade.
If a restore isn’t picking up your backup file, email us the file extension you’re trying to restore (it should be.ttp) and which device you’re restoring on.
